Il Mondo in Leipzig

Unfortunately, we (my girlfriend and I) haven't been there in person yet (because of Corona), but we prefer to order from Il Mondo. We like pasta and casseroles the most, they are particularly tasty and have seldom eaten so well. We think the pizzas are more classic, not so outstanding, but just as good. Indian food is also good. The portions are also plentiful, we usually order starters and desserts and eat them for two days :) So overall, absolutely recommendable. Thank you Il Mondo! We look forward to coming by in person after Corona! ;)

Ordered the first time and well ... was disappointed. The positive in advance, the food was warm. Otherwise it was a mega oily affair. Under Gyros Metaxa I imagine something else. The price for what is on offer at almost 11 euros without delivery costs is outrageous. In addition, the tzaziki was also forgotten .. I will not order again here.

Very tasty, the friendly delivery service gave us a beer and the pizza Frutti di Mare was rich in various seafood.

Delivery without mask! No go! Forwarded directly to the public order office. Pizza not cut, no end of salt! Fanta with tangerine what nobody wanted. And unfriendly without end. 17 € for nothing! Thank you !

I've been picking up my food here for years and it has always tasted very good. You never have to wait long and the owner is super friendly! Even during Corona, you can pick up your food in a relaxed manner or have it delivered to your home. LG Linus

We have been ordering regularly at Il Mondo for about a year and have never been disappointed. About the delivery: the drivers are always friendly and the food always arrives hot; the duration of the delivery time is always given realistically on Lieferando. The food: very, very tasty! No matter whether pasta dishes, pizza, pizza rolls or the starters, we always enjoyed it! The prices are perfectly okay too, all in all great recommendation!

Robin and his team deliver world class work every day! Outstanding food, very friendly and more than fair prices! For lunch, dinner or an after-work beer - always first choice in Leipzig!

Very unfriendly service. The gourmet block is not accepted at lunchtime. The toilet is not in the restaurant, but approx. 50 m across the street in the atrium of the main building. What does the health department say? Never again Il Mundo.

If I ordered a chicken curry that tastes like touleten water with salt with folstem respect, you can't sell it

Unfortunately there was no dressing for the salad, and the promised soft drink was not included either. The rest of the food was warm and quite good in itself and was delivered relatively quickly.

Very large selection of cuisines / dishes that are all really delicious. Thus, as a group, you can still order together with different tastes. In addition, the delivery time is unbeatable! Haven't tried anyone who delivered faster yet. I hope you survive the crisis well ... It would be a shame about your restaurant ☹️☹️❤️

It's not a real Italian restaurant. But the food is great. They have German, pizza and pasta and very good Indian food. I suggest the chicken Tikka with tandoor bread. The owner is a very friendly guy. They have good and cheap coffee. You can have a nice meal in 8-15 euro easily.

Good international cuisine, from pizza to tandoori, amazingly delicious! I've been here regularly for almost a year (I'm only in Leipzig two days a week), and I always enjoy coming back. Good food for an affordable price.

A nice little restaurant. The food was ok. If you want to eat fast, eat well, you are welcome to come here. I would come again.

In the restaurant it smelled very unpleasant, but luckily we had good weather and could sit outside. The pizza was well stocked and tasty ok - nothing special, but solid. The dough is too thick for me and the pizza is a bit too greasy overall, but it could also be a matter of taste.

YOU MUST VISIT THIS PLACE!!! I visited this conveniently placed restaurant with several of my classmates on our trip to Europe for school. We are from California, USA. Many of us had never been outside the USA or traveled to Europe. We chose this place because of its convenient location originally (below our hotel) but we returned the next day and the day after that because of the amazing service. For American travelers who are nervous about ordering in a foreign country or being treated rudely, this place definitely will put those fears at ease. The food was great and the service was above and beyond. I can't thank the staff enough for making us feel welcome. This place is a MUST. Visit and experience some of the best customer service in all of Leipzig!!!

We order here for over a year regularly 2 ... 3 times a month and have never been disappointed. The food tastes great, all staff are very friendly and the delivery time has never been overdrawn. All in all, the best address when it comes to food. Go on like this!
